We will work together to identify your goals and develop a plan to help you reach them. We will also explore any blocks and challenges you may have, and develop strategies to overcome them. Through our sessions, you can expect to gain clarity, develop a stronger sense of self, and ultimately create positive change in your life.
Coaching and mentoring are two distinct approaches to personal and professional development. The primary difference between the two is that coaching focuses on setting and achieving goals, while mentoring focuses on building long-term relationships and providing guidance over a period of time. Coaching is often used to help individuals move from where they are currently to where they want to be, while mentoring is more focused on providing advice, support, and knowledge to help individuals reach their goals.
Each coaching session are usually around 1 hour to 1.5 hours
In-person coaching sessions have usually been very useful for clients, however, online sessions are also available. a Hybrid model of some sessions offline (in person) and some online are also okay.
